Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be outlined in a separate service agreement specific to your engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All intellectual property rights related to our services, including methodologies, documentation, and proprietary processes, remain the property of TJB AI Agents. Clients retain ownership of their data and any custom configurations specific to their business.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TJB AI Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Either party may terminate the service relationship in accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to transition your AI agents, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
